(Almost) Wordless Wednesday

A few snippets from the past week or so.

A "grow your own" mushroom kit hubby got for Christmas.  They seemed to double in size every day!

Bread and butter pudding.  Yummy comfort food :)

Amazing patterns on my frosty car yesterday.

Bye for now

  1. Bread and butter pudding - Perfect for a soggy day! I've just made leek and potato soup to warm me up. My hyacinths don't grow as tall as yours, I wonder what I'm doing wrong. Love the mushroom kit - where did you get it?

    1. They were growing in the utility room and are in the fridge waiting to be used now. There should be another crop from the same box starting soon.

  10. Those mushrooms are wonderful and as for the bread and butter pudding, I haven't had one for years and now I'm getting hungry just seeing it. We haven't had such a frosty morning as yet, but I dare say it'll not be long before we do. Lovely post.
